Technical detail
Chat products sit on messaging infrastructure. Clients talk to a messaging API; real-time channels carry live traffic; presence and notifications keep the conversation current when a user is idle.
Operational considerations
A chat product is not done at launch. Gordion Pathway treats hosting, monitoring, and production operations as part of the same engagement as the software.
