Technical detail
Production work includes hosting, deployment pipelines, health checks, logs, and the people who respond when a check fails. We do not claim a named certification unless we hold it. We do claim that operations are part of the company, not an afterthought.
Operational considerations
This is the service. If you need software without an operator, we are the wrong company. If you need an operator who also wrote the software, that is the work.
